Impulse sealer 100mm

An impulse sealer 100mm (or 10cm, 4 inches) is a compact, electrically-powered device used to quickly and efficiently seal various types of plastic bags and films. The “100mm” refers to the maximum length of the seal it can create.

How it works: Unlike continuous heat sealers that maintain constant heat, an impulse sealer only generates heat for a brief “impulse” when the sealing arm is pressed down. This creates a quick, strong, and airtight seal by melting and fusing the plastic. The heating element is usually covered by a Teflon strip to prevent the plastic from sticking.
