Returns & Refund Policy

At Nimz Tools, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. If your purchase isn’t the right fit for your project, we’ve made our return process straightforward and cost-free to get you back to work as soon as possible.

1. Return Windows & Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Accepted for Return:

    • Items in their original, unopened packaging.

    • Tools that are unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • Defective or damaged items upon arrival.

    • Incorrect items sent by mistake.

  • Not Accepted:

    • Items showing signs of significant wear, tear, or heavy industrial use.

    • Products missing original components (e.g., batteries, chargers, or manual bits).

    • Custom-ordered equipment or special bulk imports.

    • Items returned after the 30-day window.

2. No-Cost Returns

We believe you shouldn’t have to pay to fix a mistake or a change of heart.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a percentage for processing your return.

  • Pre-paid Labels: For shipped orders, a return shipping label is included inside your original package. If you misplaced it, please contact us for a digital copy.

3. How to Start a Return

You can choose the method that is most convenient for you:

Option A: Return in Store

Bring the item and your proof of purchase directly to our shop for an immediate inspection and processing.

  • Location: Thiha Plaza, 1st Floor, Shop F13, Kumasi Road, Nairobi.

Option B: Return via Email

If you cannot visit the shop, simply send us an email to begin the process.

  1. Email nimztools@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack the item securely using the pre-paid label found in your package.

  3. Drop it off at the designated courier point.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Credits will be applied to your original method of payment or  M-Pesa account within 15 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different model or brand, let us know via email or in-store.
