Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items, whether they’re defective or non-defective.

2. What We Accept

Accepted for return:

  • New, unused items in original packaging with tags intact
  • Defective or damaged items (report damage within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong items received

Not accepted for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)
  • Gift cards and sale items

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first — Email nimztools@gmail.com or call 0790202326 with your order number
  2. Get your return label — We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (also included in your original package)
  3. Ship your return — Use the label to send your item to: Nimz Tools, Thiha Plaza, Kumasi Road, Nairobi
  4. Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

4. Refunds

  • Processing time: 15 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Restocking fees: None — you get a full refund

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original first. Once we accept your return, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Nairobi Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in Nairobi, you can cancel your order within 3 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.

6. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nimztools@gmail.com with photos. This helps us process your claim quickly and take action with our carrier if needed.
