1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

  • Order Cut off time 4:00 pm

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather. Nimz Tools is not responsible for external carrier delays.

3. Shipment to Addresses

Nimz Tools ships to all addresses within Kenya.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Missing Items

Nimz Tools is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  1. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage.

  3. Contact our support team at nimztools@gmail.com or call 0790202326 within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
